摘  要：
A lot of effects had be done according to the use of residual film recycling,but the effects were not obvious,the main reason was that the concept was not clear.This paper analyzed the concept about the use of residual film recycling resources,put forward some suggestions to solve problems of the plastic film pollution and the use of residual film recycling resources and resource recycling utilization suggestions.
