六种杀螨剂对山楂叶螨的室内毒力和田间防效

摘  要:
采用室内毒力测定和田间药效试验方法,测定6种药剂(阿维菌素、联苯菊酯、联苯肼、毒死蜱、螺螨酯和哒螨灵)对山楂叶螨的敏感性。结果表明:杀螨活性最高的是联苯菊酯和阿维菌素,LC50分别为0.019 8mg/L和0.032 7mg/L;其次是联苯肼酯和毒死蜱,LC50分别为0.178 7mg/L和0.482 8mg/L;哒螨灵的敏感性最低,LC50为17.57mg/L。田间试验结果表明:药后1~14d,43%联苯肼酯悬浮剂、1.8%阿维菌素乳油和240g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂的速效性和持效性最好,防效在73.35%~100%。鉴于山楂叶螨对杀螨剂的敏感性普遍较高,可根据当地温湿度条件尽量控制用药,推荐的杀螨剂为联苯肼酯、阿维菌素和螺螨酯。

摘  要:
Taking Tetranychus viennensis as test material,the sensibility of Tetranychus viennensis Zacher to six acaricides was studied using toxicity bioassay and field control efficacy test.The results showed that bifenthrin and abamectin had the highest toxicity among all the tested acaricides,with a LC50 value of 0.0198mg/L and 0.0327mg/L,respectively.Biflenazate and chlorpyrifos showed relatively low toxicity,with a LC50 value of 0.1787 mg/L and 0.4828 mg/L,respectively.Pyridaben showed the lowest toxicity,with a LC50 of 17.57mg/L.The field test indicated that the 43%bifenazate SC(aqueous suspension concentrate),1.8%abamectin EC(emulsifiableconcentrate)and 240g/L spirodiclofen SC had excellent available effect and lasting validity period,with 73.35%-100% control effect after application for1-14 days.As the sensibility of T.viennensis to the acaricides was high,the temperature and humidity conditions should be considered before the application of pesticides.The recommended acaricides were bifenazate,abamectin and spirodiclofen.
