摘  要:
随着农网改造的实施,弱电设备的防雷保护日显重要。为此,利用MATLAB仿真软件对雷电波入侵弱电系统时弱电设备的故障率进行分析计算,提出了一种应用模糊推理对保护弱电设备的电涌保护器进行优化配置的方法。该方法能在保证弱电设备故障率不超过允许值的前提下实现电涌保护器的最优配置,为农村电网弱电系统防雷设计提供了一条新途径。

摘  要:
With the reconstruction of power system automation in rural electrical power substations, it’s more and more important to protect the secondary equipments (control, protection, or measurement equipments) against the lightning electromagnetic impulses. This paper deals with a method for optimization design about the location schemes of surge protective service (SPD) that is used to protect the secondary equipments. Fuzzy logic was used to determine the SPD’s position after the risk of failure was known by using MATLAB. The approach allows the designer to select as less SPD as possible at the appropriate position with the risk of failure of the protected equipments being acceptable.
