不同加工强度对复烤烟叶质量影响的研究进展

摘  要:
合理的复烤加工强度对烟叶致香成分的保留、提高卷烟感官质量、减少烟叶卷曲率、节约能源等方面均具有重要意义。综述了真空回潮工序、润叶工序和复烤工序对烟叶质量的影响,系统地探讨了不同加工强度对烟叶感观质量的调控效应,并对该领域进一步值得关注的问题进行了展望,并提出了相关的建议。

摘  要:
Reasonable redrying processing intensity has an important significance for keeping the aroma components of tobacco,improving the sensory quality of the cigarette,reducing the crimp rate of tobacco,and saving energy. This article summarizes the effects of vacuum wetting procedure,leaf-moistening process and redrying process on the quality of tobacco,systematically explores the regulatory effect of different processing intensities on the sensory quality of tobacco,discusses the issues worthy of further attention in this field in the future,and puts forward some suggestions.
