美国杏李4个品种的叶绿素荧光特性比较

摘  要:
【目的】比较分析4个美国杏李品种的叶绿素荧光参数,为以后选育优良高效的杏李品种提供科学参考。【方法】利用叶绿素荧光测定技术测定4个美国杏李品种恐龙蛋(Prunus domestica×armeniaca.Konglongdan)、味厚(Prunus domestica×armeniaca.Weihou)、风味皇后(Prunus domestica×armeniaca.Fengweihuanghou)和味帝(Prunus domestica×armeniaca.Weidi)的叶绿素荧光参数的日变化,并对它们进行比较。【结果】4个美国杏李品种间的叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yield、qp、NPQ均达到显著或极显著水平,恐龙蛋的Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yield、qp、NPQ值最高,其次为风味皇后和味帝,最低是味厚;相关性分析显示,除Fo与Fm、Fv、qp不存在相关性外(p>0.05),其它各叶绿素荧光参数之间均存在显著相关或极显著相关关系。【结论】恐龙蛋的Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yield、qp、NPQ值最高,其次为风味皇后和味帝,最低是味厚,说明恐龙蛋具有较好的光合性能及耐光抑制能力,其次是风味皇后和味帝,最差是味厚。从耐光性而言,恐龙蛋更适宜于试验区种植。

摘  要:
【Objective】The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of four varieties of 'Prunus simonii armeniaca' was compared and analyzed. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters can be used as a reference to breed excellent and efficient apricot varieties later. 【Method】Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters [minimal fluorescence( Fo),maximal fluorescence( Fm),variable fluorescence( Fv),optimal maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ( Fv /Fm),Yield( Y),photochemical quenching( qp),non- photochemical quenching( NPQ) ] date changes of Prunus domestica × armeniaca,Konglongdan,Prunus domestica × armeniaca,Weihou,Prunus domestica × armeniaca. Fengweihuanghou and Prunus domestica × armeniaca,Weidi were measured and compared by the chlorophyll florescence measuring technique.【Result】Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of four varieties of 'Prunus simonii armeniaca' were significant. The values of Fv,Fv /Fm,Fv /Fo,Yield,qp,NPQ for Konglongdan were in the order,secondly for Fengweihuanghou and Weidi,the lowest was Weihou. A correlation analysis was conducted. Results of the correlation analysis showed that significantly negative correlations were found except the correlations between Fo and Fm,and Fvand qp( P > 0. 05).【Conclusion】The values of Fv /Fm,Fv /Fo,Yield,qp,NPQ for Konglongdan were in the order,followed by theFengweihuanghou and Weidi,the lowest was Weihou,which indicated Konglongdan had better ability to inhibit photosynthetic performance and light,then Fengweihuanghou and Weidi. the worst one was Weihou,thus forming light resistance,the Konglongdan was more suitable for planting.
