摘要：

从夹竹桃花中提取其次生物质,以菜粉蝶成虫、3龄幼虫为供试昆虫,测定了夹竹桃花乙醇提取物对菜粉蝶幼虫的拒食作用和对其成虫产卵行为的影响.结果表明:夹竹桃花乙醇提取物对菜粉蝶3龄幼虫具有显著的拒食作用,提取物质量浓度为500 g/L时,处理24、48和72 h对3龄幼虫的选择性拒食率分别为73.4%、85.2%和91.2%,非选择性拒食率分别为55.6%、68.4%和78.5%;质量浓度为500 g/L的夹竹桃花乙醇提取物对菜粉蝶成虫具有一定的产卵忌避作用,其选择性忌避率分别为85.3%、70.4%和52.5%,非选择性忌避率分别为74.5%、66.8%和44.5%.

摘要：

In order to determine the antifeedant and oviposition repellent effect of extracts from Nerium indicum to Pieris rapae.Extract volatile matter was extracted from flower of N. indicum.Biologial activity of antifeedant effect and oviposition repellent on P. rapae was tested with extraction of N. indicum.The results showed that extracts of N.indicum had strong antifeedant effect to 3-instar larvae of P. rapae and repellent effect to P. rapae adult.When the extract concentration was 500 g/L,selective antifeedant rate of pieris was 73.4%,85.2% and 91.2%,non-selective antifeedant rate of pieriswas 55.6%,68.4% and 78.5%,selective repellent rates of pieris was 85.3%,70.4% and52.5%,non-selective repellent rate of pieris was 74.5%,66.8% and 44.5% respectively at 24 h,48 h and 72 h.
