多效唑对夹竹桃整形促花的技术研究

摘  要:
[目的]探讨多效唑对夹竹桃整形促花的效果。[方法]以10年生夹竹桃为材料,设置3个生长时期、多效唑叶面喷施(叶施)和土壤浇施(土施)2种施用方式、各5种浓度共计12种处理,研究多效唑对夹竹桃枝条生长量、单枝花序数、单枝花量、始花期和终花期的影响。[结果]新梢萌动时叶施1 500mg/L、土施1.5和3.0g、新梢长10~15cm时叶施1500mg/L和冬剪时土施1.5和3.0g多效唑的6种处理方式,对夹竹桃的整形效果较好。处理后于开花期的观察表明,新梢萌动时叶施1500mg/L、土施1.5g和新梢长10~15cm时叶施1500mg/L PP333的3种处理均对夹竹桃达到了整形促花的良好效果。[结论]在生产中对长势旺的夹竹桃可适当加大多效唑施用量,而对弱树和小树应加强水肥管理,采取减量或不施多效唑为宜。

摘  要:
[Objective]The study aimed to explore the effect of PP333 on reshaping and bloom-accelerating of Nerium indicum.[Method] With 10-year-old N.indicum as the tested material,12 treatments including 3 growth stages,2 applying modes of foliar spraying and soil spraying with 5 kinds of concn.for each applying modes were set up in total to study the effects of PP333 on the increment of branch,number of inflorescence per twig,number of flower per twig,first flowering period and final flowering stage of N.indicum.[Result] 6 treatment modes including foliar spraying PP333 at 1 500 mg/L,soil spraying at 1.5 and 3.0 g in new shoot sprouting stage,foliar spraying at 1 500 mg/L in the stage of new shoot length of 10-15 cm and soil spraying at 1.5 and 3.0 g in winter pruning stage had good reshaping effects for N.indicum.The observation during flowering stage after treatment showed that 3 treatment modes including foliar spraying at 1 500 mg/L and soil spraying at 1.5 in new shoot sprouting stage,foliar spraying at 1 500 mg/L in the stage of new shoot length of 10-15 cm attained the good effects of reshaping and bloom-accelerating for N.indicum.[Conclusion] In the production,the applying dosage of PP333 should be increased properly for the N.indicum with strong growth vigor and the water and fertilizer management should be strengthened and the applying dosage of PP333 should be decreased or should not be applied for the small tress and weak tress of N.indicum.
