生物柴油与苯对几种环境生物活性的测定

摘  要:
为了评价生物柴油替代苯作为农药助剂的生态风险,室内测定了生物柴油和苯对斑马鱼、蚯蚓及黑麦草的毒性,评价二者对鱼类、土壤环节动物及植物的生态效应。在处理后24~96 h,苯对斑马鱼的毒性是生物柴油的3.9~4.8倍。不同剂量生物柴油和苯处理都抑制蚯蚓的生长,苯的抑制作用更明显。生物柴油与苯单独使用对黑麦草基本无活性,0.3%生物柴油与炔草酯混用对黑麦草的鲜质量抑制中浓度(IC50值)为1.22 g/hm2,0.3%苯与炔草酯混用对黑麦草的IC50值为7.69g/hm2,生物柴油对炔草酯的增效作用明显高于苯。综上,生物柴油对鱼类、土壤环节动物的安全性明显高于苯,对植物的毒性较低,但对除草剂的增效作用明显高于苯。

摘  要:
To evaluate ecological risk of biodiesel as pesticide adjuvant replacing benzene,the toxicity of both biodiesel and benzene to zebrafish( Danio rerio),earthworms( Eisenia foelide) and ryegrass( Lolium perenne) was examined in laboratory,and their ecological effects on fish,soil annelids and plants were evaluated. The toxicity of benzene to zebrafish was 3. 9—4. 8 times that of biodiesel after 24—96 hours.Both biodiesel and benzene inhibited the earthworm growth,while benzene had stronger inhibition ability.Biodiesel and benzene had almost no activity on ryegrass if used separately. Fresh weight inhibition concentration( IC50value) for the combination of clodinafop-propargyl and biodiesel to perennial ryegrass was 1. 22 g / ha,while that for clodinafop-propargyl and benzene was 7. 69 g / ha. The synergistic effect of biodiesel on clodinafop-propargyl was more obvious than that of benzene. The safety of biodiesel to fish,soil annelids was much higher than that of benzene. Compared with benzene,biodiesel was more secure to plants. The synergistic effect of biodiesel on herbicides was more pronounced than that of benzene.
