从食物的碳水化合物谈糖尿病的膳食搭配

摘  要:
由于糖尿病患者的膳食受到诸多的限制,很多患者对每日膳食应该吃什么、喝什么感到茫然,从而影响了生活质量。与糖尿病患者病情直接有关的是膳食中的碳水化合物,为了评价食物中碳水化合物生理效应,营养学提出了两个重要指标——血糖生成指数(GI)和血糖生成负荷(GL)。本文从食物的血糖生成指数和血糖生成负荷两个方面,介绍了糖尿病患者的膳食搭配。

摘  要:
Diabetic patients are restricted from idle food and their life quality has been impaired since they are ignorant about their daily food. Carbohydrates in food are directly related to diabetics' condition. To evaluate the physiological effects of the carbohydrates in food, two important indicators have been proposed in terms of nutrition,namely glycemic index( GI) and glycemic load( GL). This thesis discussed diabetics' food choice and collocation from the above two indicators.
