摘  要：
粮食产业化经营、粮食安全与农民增收本质上是辨证统一的。本文针对目前粮食供求趋紧的现状,在深入湖南常德产粮地区进行调研的基础上,阐释了粮食产业化经营的理论和现实意义,对粮食企业的经营路经及经验进行剖析和总结并就存在的问题进行思考,最后提出了如何做强粮食产业、增加农民收入、保障粮食安全的对策和建议。

摘  要：
The essential of the grain industrial management, the grain safety and the income of peasant are dialectic and united. Since the grain supply trends to shortage at present, this paper has made the research into the grain-product areas of Hunan province. It explains the theory and reality significance of grain industrial management. What′s more, the paper will analyse and summarize the approach, experience and the problems. Finally, it will give useful suggestion and countermeasure about how to strengthen the grain industry, in increase the income of peasant and guarantee the grain safety.
