拓展粮食产业新空间 提升湖南粮食市场竞争力

摘  要：
湖南是我国重要的产粮大省,稻谷产量常年稳居全国第一,在国家粮食安全中具有重要的战略地位。但湖南的粮食加工业并不发达,与产粮大省的地位不匹配。大力发展粮食产业化经营,加快发展粮食加工和流通是实现湖南由产粮大省向粮食产业强省转变的重要举措。本文对比分析湖南省与国内外的粮食产业化发展现状,剖析湖南粮食产业化发展的优势、制约因素和新时期的机遇,提出在科学发展观指导下发展湖南粮食产业化的战略思路与对策。

摘  要：
Hunan Province is an important of grain production in China,the quantity of rough rice occupies the first position in China year to year,has the important status in state grain-security.But its processing of grain is not advanced,out of character of its important province of grain production.Development of the grain industrialization is the significant measures to accelerate the progress to be a strong province of grain procession and circulation for Hunan.Compared with the situation of industrialization of grain home and abroad,analyzed the dominance and problems,the conditioning factors and chance in new time for the industrialization of grain of Hunan,presented the slightly ideas and measures to develop the industrialization of grain for Hunan,with the guidance of the scientific concept of development.
