不同精粗比饲粮对雷州山羊生长性能、血液生化指标和瘤胃微生物多样性的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究不同精粗比对雷州山羊舍饲效果的影响。【方法】选择6月龄公母各半的雷州山羊24只,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理6只(公母各半)。其中D_0组为对照组,饲喂皇竹草,D_(10)、D_(20)、D_(30)分别饲喂混合精料与皇竹草按干物质质量比10∶90、20∶80:和30∶70的混合饲粮,进行分组饲喂,每周测定各组羊只体质量、血液生理指标和瘤胃微生物多样性。【结果】D_(10)、D_(20)、D_(30)的平均日增重分别为33.28、82.58、81.80 g/d,分别较D_0组高出111.97%、425.99%、421.02%(P<0.05)。试验组的白细胞总数(WBC)总数均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的红细胞总数(RBC)总数、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞总数(RBC)压积均高于对照组,且D_(20)组的均与对照组呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。试验所用3种皇竹草和精料比例的混合饲粮对舍饲雷州山羊瘤胃细菌的多样性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。【结论】精粗比20∶80日粮,可降低雷州山羊血液WBC总数,显著提高雷州山羊平均日增重(ADG)、RBC总数、Hb和RBC压积。

摘  要:
【Objective】The effect of different proportions of fine fodder and roughage diet on barn feeding leizhou goats production performance,blood biochemical indices and the rumen microflora were studied.【Method】24 healthy male and female leizhou goats with similar weight[(10.94±0.67)kg]were used.Male and female of 6 months of age were assigned randomly to 4 treatment groups with 6 replicates.The control group D_0 was supplemented with Pennisetum hydridum.Group D10,D20,D30 were supplemented with Pennisetum hydridum(dry matter basis)for 10∶90,20∶80,and 30∶70 mixed fodder respectively.The blood samples and the gastric juice of the goats were collected.The blood physiological indexes and the microbial diversity of rumen were measured.【Result】The Group D10,D20 and D30 average daily gain were 33.28 g and 82.58 g and 81.80 g/d respectively which were 111.97%,425.99%and 421.02%higher than that of the D0 group(P<0.05).The total numbers of white blood cells of the treatment groups were less than the control group(P>0.05).Treatment groups’total number of red blood cells,hemoglobin,red blood cell osmatic pressure were higher than the control group.The D20 group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant influence on the diversity of the rumen bacteria of the Leizhou goats(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The 20∶80 proportion of fine fodder and roughage can reduce the total number of white blood cells and Leizhou goats’daily gain,total number of red blood cells,hemoglobin and red blood cells deposited were significantly improved.Under this experimental condition,barn feeding Leizhou goats’suitable proportion of fine fodder and roughage was 20∶80.
