鸢尾属植物两种育苗方式对比研究

摘  要:
指出了鸢尾属观赏价值高、应用形式多样,可在乌鲁木齐地区越冬,是一种较好的园林绿化材料。通过对鸢尾属植物两种育苗方式的研究,掌握其方法,以期更好地指导生产实践。主要通过杂交、分株的方式对鸢尾属植物育苗方式进行了试验研究。结果表明:杂交育苗可获得不同性状的子代,但生产周期较长,环节较多,可能造成成苗率低。分株育苗方式具有周期短、性状稳定的特点,但无法获得新性状。应在实际生产应根据生产目的的不同选择不同的育苗方式。

摘  要:
Objective: With high ornamental value and various application forms, Iris L. can overwinter in Urumqi area and is a good landscaping material. Methods: In this study, two methods of Iris L. seedling were studied in order to better guide production practice. This test mainly studied the seedling raising methods of iris plants by means of hybridization and ramet. Results: The Hybrid Seed-rearing can get the offspring of different characters, but the production cycle is longer and the links are more, which may cause low seedling rate. The ramet seedling method has the characteristics of short cycle and stable character, but cannot get new character. Conclusion: Different seedling methods should be selected according to different production purposes.
