低温环境下玉米花粉生活力保持时间的研究

摘  要:
探讨了低温环境下玉米花粉的生活力保持时间。结果表明,在5~10℃环境中花粉保存5d仍具有基本正常的生活力,为更有效地利用人工授粉措施解决制种田母本发育过迟的严重花期不遇问题提供了新的思路。

摘  要:
An experiment was conducted to study the vitality of maize pollen under chilling environment .Result showed that maize pollen has normal vitality for 5 days storage at 5 - 10℃. It maybe another way to save the asynchronous flowering period of the hybrid seed production.
