国有林区企业改革探索与实践——聚焦内蒙古根河林业局体制改革

摘要：

伴随国有林区经营管理体制由传统模式向现代模式的转变,内蒙古根河林业局深化企业改革,创新管理体制,开展了主辅分离、辅业改制、剥离企业办社会职能、设备有偿转让、木材生产招投标等一系列改革,实现了主体精干、辅业兴旺的目标,加快了天然林保护长效机制的建立,推动了企业生态建设和经济建设的蓬勃发展。

With the transition of national forest area management system from traditional mode to a modern one.Genhe forestry bureau of Inner Mongolia,carry out deepening of the reform of enterprises continuously,innovate in management system,carry out seperate secondary lines of business from core,separate government functions from en terprise management,transfer the equipment with costs,timbers are to be procured through open tender,a series of reforms etc.Achieve the goal of highly capable of main part,prosperous of secondary lines.Accelerate the establish ment of long-term to protect natural forests.Promote the economic developing and ecological construction of the enterprises.Reform of enterprises had been successful.
