2018年是我国改革开放四十周年,改革开放改变了中国,也改变了中国渔业发展进程。由中国水产科学研究院同志组成的"百乡万户调查"第21组赴辽宁省锦州市滨海新区孙家湾村和盘锦市盘山县新村村蹲点儿调查。改革开放和新农村建设给传统乡村带来的巨大变化随处可见,实施乡村振兴战略给农民渔民带来的美好憧憬和希望让人期待。

摘要：

2018 is the 40 th anniversary of China's reform and opening up. Reform and opening up has changed China and also changed the course of fishery development in China.The tremendous changes brought about by the reform and opening up and new rural construction to traditional villages can be seen everywhere. The implementation of the strategy of village rejuvenation gives the fishermen huge expectations.
