摘 要：
2018年3月5日至17日,由中国水产科学研究院同志组成的"百乡万户调查"第21组在辽宁省锦州市孙家湾村进行蹲点儿调查.调查组吃住在村,通过与村民、船老大、村干部、基层政府和渔业部门管理人员等进行深入交流,对孙家湾村生产生活情况进行了比较深入细致的调查了解,对渔民群众关切和反映的问题进行了梳理分析,并就实施乡村振兴战略背景下孙家湾村渔业生产及我国海洋渔业发展有关问题提出了政策建议.

摘 要：
From March 5th to 17th, 2018, the 21st group of the "Baixiang Wanhu Investigation" consisting of comrades from the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences conducted a continuous investigation in Sunjiawan Village, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. The investigation team conducted a series of in-depth exchanges with villagers, ship bosses, village cadres, grass-roots governments, and managers of the fishery sector. The production and living conditions of Sunjiawan Village and the fishermen's concerns were investigated in depth. And policy suggestion were put forward on issues related to fishery production in Sunjiawan Village and the development of marine fisheries in China in the context of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.
