对挂职科技副镇长选拔和管理的思考

摘  要：
文章以实施海南省中西部市县科技副乡镇长派遣计划为例,针对计划中存在的工作时间限制、专业需求错配及人员待遇偏低等问题,提出从由科技项目时间决定挂职期限、整合挂职科技副镇长专业资源、拓宽挂职科技副乡镇长成长渠道等几个方面优化海南省科技副乡镇长派遣计划的建议,以期为其他地区或部门开展挂职科技副镇长的选拔和管理提供参考。

摘  要：
Taking the project of dispatching scientific researchers to serve as temporary vice-mayors of science and technology in mid-west of Hannan Province as an example, the existing problems of the project were analyzed in the paper, such as short term of post, mismatching of profession and poor treatment. Some suggestions were put forward, such as term of post determined by the science and technology project,integration of professional resources and widening the channel of the promotion, etc. These will provide references for other areas and departments in selection and management of temporary vice-mayor of science and technology.
