多重荧光RT-PCR同时检测口蹄疫O A AsiaⅠ三种血清型

摘  要：
口蹄疫(foot-and-mouth disease,FMD)是一种动物烈性传染病,被OIE列为A类家畜传染病之首。根据O、AsiaⅠ、A三种血清型FMDV的保守基因序列,设计特异性引物和以不同荧光素标记的TaqMan探针。通过对PCR反应体系和反应条件的优化筛选,建立了检测O、AsiaⅠ、A三种血清型FMDV的多重荧光RT-PCR检测方法。结果表明,该方法有效、特异、敏感,对于口蹄疫病毒的诊断和疫苗的使用具有重要意义。

摘  要：
Foot and mouth disease(FMD) is a severe infectious disease of animals,and has been classified by the OIE as category A infectious diseases of livestock.In this paper,we designed the specific primers and Taq Man probes targeting cytochrome conventional genes from type O virus,type Asia Ⅰ virus and type A virus of FMD.After optimization of reaction conditions,a multiple Real-time RT-PCR was developed.The results indicated that it is a simple,sensitive,specific technique,which can be used as a tool for the diagnosis of foot-and-mouth disease.
