摘  要：
文章从马克思主义政治经济学经典著作《资本论》中关于资本循环理论出发,对山西省林业扶贫工作的现状进行分析、研究,阐明林业扶贫是一项系统工程,要在育苗、造林、林产品生产和销售等环节多措并举、综合发力,不仅要使贫困人口在参加林业生产劳动中获得劳务收入,而且要在参与林业产业体系中获得产业利润,提高林业脱贫质量,实现精准扶贫。

摘  要：
Based on the theory of capital circulation of Marx's political economics, the current situation of forestry poverty alleviation in Shanxi was studied in this paper. It clearly pointed out that it is necessary to produce comprehensive effects in the combination of multiple methods, such as grow seedlings, afforestation, production and sale of forest products. We should not only make the poor people get labor income from participating in forestry production, but also obtain industrial profits from participating in forestry industry system, improve the quality of forestry poverty alleviation and realize accurate poverty alleviation.
