摘  要:
The Pholiota adiposa is delicious, unique in flavor, rich in various nutrients, and has high edible and medicinal value.It is an edible fungus with great development prospects. This paper reviews the biological characteristics, nutritional value,medicinal value, utilization status and development prospects of P. adiposa, which provides reference for the further development and utilization of P. adiposa.
