黄伞工厂化生产技术研究

摘  要:
为了完善利用液体菌种技术进行工厂化栽培黄伞的生产技术工艺,通过对黄伞工厂化栽培生产重要因素的一系列试验,筛选出黄伞液体菌种发酵的最适培养基配方(土豆淀粉0.7%,葡萄糖1.7%,蛋白胨0.2%,酵母粉0.5‰,KH2PO40.2%,Mg SO40.1%,维生素B15 mg/L),并优化了液体菌种的发酵体系;利用正交试验,筛选出以当地玉米芯为主料的栽培料配方(玉米芯60%、棉籽壳20%、麸皮12%、玉米粉6%、石灰1%、石膏1%,含水量60%);对工厂化生产中菌袋装料量、接种量、搔菌和光刺激等技术参数进行了量化试验,得到了利用液体菌种技术进行黄伞工厂化生产的技术工艺路线。

摘  要:
To improve the production technology of using liquid bacterium seeds to cultivate Pholiota adiposa, through a series of experiments on the important factors in industrial cultivation and production of Pholiota adiposa, the best medium formula for the fermentation of liquid bacterium seeds of Pholiota adiposa was studied and its fermentation system was optimized. The result showed that,the best preparation of culture medium was potato starch 0.7%, glucose 1.7%, peptone 0.2%, yeast powder 0.5 ‰, KH2PO40.2%, Mg SO40.1% and vitamin B15 mg/L. Through the orthogonal experiment, the formula using the local corn cob as the main ingredient had been sorted out and it was as follows:corn cob 60%, cottonseed hull 20%, bran 12%, corn flour 6%, lime 1%, gypsum 1% and moisture content 60%. The optimum value was obtained by the test of the important factors such as the loading amount of mushroom bag,inoculation amount of bacteria, scratching the bacteria and light stimulation in the industrial cultivation of Pholiota adiposa.
