本文是作者通过在高校新校区建设的工作实践中总结出的部分经验教训,拿出城校文化结合、校园园林建设、智慧校园的大数据支撑、高校学生公寓环境营造对学生情绪的引导以及新老校区平衡关系几个方面来探讨,引出优良的高校校园建设必将推动一个城市的发展这一结论。

摘  要：
This paper is based on some experiences and lessons learned from the construction of new campus in Colleges and universities. It is discussed in the following aspects: the combination of urban campus culture, the construction of campus gardens, the support of big data of intelligent campus, the guidance of students' emotions by the construction of apartment environment in Colleges and universities, and the balanced relationship between new and old campuses. Out of excellent university campus construction will certainly promote the development of a city this conclusion.
