摘  要：
This paper pointed out that Laiwu City has rich resources of fossil,and is one of the important areas of the fossil in Shandong Province.The distribution of types and the resource characteristics of the fossils in Laiwu City were investigated and analyzed in this paper.It might have the high aesthetic ornamental value and collection value.
