谷氨酰胺和精氨酸对乌鳢生长与免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在探讨丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺(Ala-Gln)和精氨酸(Arg)对乌鳢生长与免疫功能的影响。在乌鳢配合饲料中添加不同比例Ala-Gln和Arg,配成7种等氮(42.5%粗蛋白质)、等能(18.5 MJ/kg)饲料,以前期试验得到乌鳢生长最适需求量的Ala-Gln和Arg添加量(5.0 g/kg和20 g/kg)为100%,在此基础上等比例添加0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%、120%。饲喂初始体质量为(9.56±0.24)g乌鳢8周。结果表明:饲料中Ala-Gln和Arg添加量的比例在20%~60%时,乌鳢的增重率随着添加比例的增加而不断升高,60%添加组的蛋白质效率和饲料效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血清和肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)随Ala-Gln和Arg的添加而逐渐升高,120%添加组的血清GSH-Px显著高于20%~60%组和对照组(P<0.05);头肾和脾脏的溶菌酶(LZM)活性都随Ala-Gln和Arg的添加呈现先升高后降低或平稳的趋势,当添加量为40%~60%时,头肾的LZM活性显著高于对照组和20%的添加组(P<0.05);白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)随Ala-Gln和Arg的增加而降低,60%添加组的IL-1β显著低于对照组、20%和40%添加组(P<0.05),80%的添加组的IL-2显著高于对照组、20%~60%添加组(P<0.05)。攻毒存活率随Ala-Gln和Arg的增加而升高,60%添加组的攻毒存活率显著高于对照组、20%~40%添加组(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,饲料中添加60%~68.76%Ala-Gln和Arg可以有效促进乌鳢生长、饲料利用和提高抗氧化、免疫保护的能力,以增重率和蛋白质效率为指标,经单因素方差分析和抛物线回归分析得出乌鳢饲料中Ala-Gln和Arg的适宜水平为3.0%~3.4%、12.0%~13.75%。

摘  要:
To evaluate the influence of propylamine acyl-glutamine(Ala-Gln) and Arginine(Arg) on growth and immunity of Channa argus. Different proportions of Ala-Gln and Arg were added to the Channa argus compound feed to compose 7 kinds of isonitrogen(42.5% crude protein) and isopotential(18.5 MJ/kg) diets, and the addition of Ala-Gln and Arg to the optimum growth of Channa argus wasadded. 100% of the addition group, based on this increase or decrease in the proportion of 0%, 20%,40%, 60%, 80%, 100%, 120%. Feeding the initial weight(9.56 ± 0.24) g of Channa argus for 8 weeks. The results showed that when the propor-tion of Ala-Gln and Arg added in feed was be-tween 20% and 60%, the growth rate of Channaargus increased significantly with the increase ofthe ratio(P<0.05). The protein efficiency and thefeed efficiency of the 60% added group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The GSH-Px of serum and liver wereincreasing significantly with the addition of AlaGln and Arg. The GSH-Px was significantly higher in the 120% group than in other groups(P<0.05).The activity of lysozyme in head kidney and spleen increased first, then decreased or remained stablewith the addition of Ala-Gln and Arg. When added at 40%, the LZM activity of head kidney was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group and 20% addition group(P<0.05); IL-1β decreasedwith the increase of Ala-Gln and Arg, 60% of the added group was significantly lower than the controlgroup, 20% and 40% addition group(P<0.05), the IL-2 level in the 80% added group was significant-ly higher than that in the control group and 20%~60% addition group(P<0.05). In this experimentalconditions, adding 60%~68.76% of Ala-Gln and Arg to the feed can effectively improve growth perfor-mance, feed utilization and muscle protein synthesis of Channa argus, Based on the average weightgain rate and protein efficiency with regression equation analyses, the suitable level of Ala-Gln and Arg in feed of Channa argus were 3.0%~3.4% and 12.0%~13.75%.
