不同粗饲料组合对宁夏滩羊生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在探讨不同粗饲料组合对宁夏滩羊生长性能、经济效益、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。选用平均体重为(26.00±1.93)kg的宁夏母滩羊45只,按同质原则分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只滩羊,3组精饲料相同,占饲粮60%,各组粗饲料分别为30%苜蓿+10%玉米秸秆(Ⅰ组)、15%苜蓿+15%"中科2号"羊草+10%玉米秸秆(Ⅱ组)、30%"中科2号"羊草+10%玉米秸秆(Ⅲ组)。试验期为60 d。结果表明,各试验组滩羊平均日增重均无显著差异(P>0.05),但Ⅱ组经济效益更高。各组屠宰性能指标亦无显著差异(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组系水力比Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组有显著的降低(P<0.05),分别下降了18.63%、19.99%;Ⅰ组剪切力最高,显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),较Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别高出了6.41%、15.46%;肉样粗脂肪含量最高的是Ⅲ组,显著高于最低的Ⅰ组(P<0.05),分别较Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组高出了66.74%、14.06%。结果提示,"中科2号"羊草代替苜蓿饲喂滩羊,在不影响宁夏滩羊生长和屠宰性能的前提下,对滩羊肉品质的有一定程度改善,同时可以提高经济效益。

摘  要:
This study was conducted to determine the effects of different roughage combinations on growth performance,economic efficiency,slaughter performance and meat quality of Ningxia Tan sheep. Forty five Ningxia Tan ew es [( 26. 00 ±1. 93) kg] were randomly divided into three groups with 3 replicates per group and 5 ew es per replicate according to homogeneous principle,the concentrate of different groups was the same and account for 60% in diet,and the roughage combinations were 30% alfalfa +10% maize straw( group Ⅰ),15%alfalfa+15% Zhongke No. 2 Leymus chinensis +10% maize straw( group Ⅱ) and 30% Zhongke No. 2 Leymus chinensis +10% maize straw( group Ⅲ),respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows: different roughage combinations did not cause any significant changes of average daily gain of Tan sheep( P>0. 05),but the economic efficiency was the highest in group Ⅱ. The slaughter performance among three groups did not have significant difference( P>0. 05). Water-holding capacity in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ( P<0. 05),and were reduced by 18. 63% and 19. 99%,respectively; shear force in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ( P < 0. 05),and was increased by 6. 41% and 15.46%,respectively,compared with that in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Ether extract content in meat sample in group Ⅲw as significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ( P <0. 05),and was increased by 66. 74% and 14. 06% respectively,compared with that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ. In conclusion,Zhongke No. 2 Leymus chinensis replaced alfalfa to feed Ningxia Tan sheep can improve meat quality in a certain degree while improving economic efficiency without affecting growth performance and slaughter performance.
