不同土壤生境下羊草叶片SPAD值与营养品质研究

摘  要:
用SPAD-502叶绿素仪采用野外原位、快速、准确测定不同土壤生境下人工种植5个羊草(Leymus chinensis)品系叶片SPAD值,化验其营养成分。结果表明,同一土壤生境下5个羊草品系SPAD值间有显著差异;不同土壤生境下,除中科2号羊草Y1品系SPAD值之间无显著差异之外,羊草BG-2、B品系的SPAD值之间差异显著;主要营养成分与SPAD值相关性排序为粗蛋白(CP)>中性洗涤纤维(NDF)>磷(P)>粗灰分(ASH)>干物质;羊草SPAD值与氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸量回归关系极显著。建议将羊草叶片SPAD值作为牧草营养品质鉴别指示值之一。除此之外,不同土壤生境下人工种植中科2号羊草Y1和Y3品系的SPAD值、干物质、粗蛋白、氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸比例、能量等均高于其他品系,粗纤维含量却相对较低,说明中科2号羊草Y1、Y3品系优良的遗传性状比较稳定,不易受到环境条件的影响而改变,是值得大力推广种植的羊草新品系。有灌溉条件的壤土生境,是培育优质羊草的最佳生境条件。

摘  要:
The SPAD values and nutrient components of the leaves of 5 strains of Leymus chinensis artificially grown under different soil habitats were determined in the open field in-situ, rapidly and accurately using SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter.The results showed that there were significant differences existing between the SPAD values of 5 strains of Leymus chinensis under the same soil habitat; under different soil habitats, the difference between the SPAD values of Y1 strain of the Leymus chinensis Zhongke No.2 was not significant and the differences between the SPAD values of BG-2 and B strains of Leymus chinensis were significant; the correlations between the main nutrient components and the SPAD values could be ranked as follows: crude protein(CP) > neutral detergent fiber(NDF) > phosphorus(P) > crude ash(ASH) > dry matter.The regression relationship between the SPAD values and the total amino acid and essential amino acid were very significant. It is suggested that the SPAD values of leaves of Leymus chinensis should be used as one of the identifications of herbage nutritive values. In addition to these, the SPAD value, dry matter, crude protein, total amino acids, essential amino acids ratio and energy of Y1 and Y3 strains of the Leymus chinensis Zhongke No.2 under different soil habitats were all higher than those of the other strains and the content of crude fiber was relatively low. It indicates that the fine genetic traits of the Y1 and Y3 strains of the Leymus chinensis Zhongke No.2 were relatively stable and could not be changed easily by the environment conditions and are the new strains of Leymus chinensis worthy of being popularized and grown widely. The loam habitat with irrigation conditions was the best habitat for breeding high-quality Leymus chinensis.
