粮食分选系统中筛选机的动态模拟刚度设计

摘  要:
针对粮食分选系统中筛选机工作可靠性差、寿命低等问题,进行了直线筛选机筛箱系统的动态模拟仿真设计,建立了筛箱的有限元仿真模型,得出了筛箱系统的各阶固有频率及振型。同时,通过模拟仿真分析结果来检验筛箱刚度,找出导致结构快速破坏的共振频率,确定筛箱结构改进的方案,为提高筛选机寿命及优化筛箱结构设计提供了依据。

摘  要:
By dynamic simulation design of linear screener's screen case system and setting up the screen case finite element simulation model,it concludes the system's inherent frequency and vibration mode.Through the simulation analysis of results to test screen case rigidity,the resonant frequency causing the structure rapid destruction is found.Based on this,it shows the improvement scheme of screen case structure.It provides the basis to improve screener's lifespan and the screen case structure design.
