振动筛选机的优化设计

摘  要:
通过分析物料在筛选机筛面上的相对运动,以生产率最高为优化目标,建立了振动筛选机参数优化设计的数学模型。以ZKB型直线振动筛选机为研究对象进行了参数优化设计,得出了最佳的运动参数。优化结果表明,筛选机生产率提高约22%,并为今后振动筛选机的优化设计提供了有效方法。

摘  要:
This paper analyses the relative motion on screener surface at first,with the goal of optimizing the productivity.A mathematical model for optimum design of vibrating screener was set up.Taking ZKB vibrating screener as the research object and the optimum design of this screener was carried out.The best moving parameters had been obtained and the productivity of sieving was improved.
