湖北省水牛巴贝斯虫病调查研究——Ⅲ.镰形扇头蜱的生活史

摘  要:
从水牛体采集的饱血雌蜱,经鉴定为三宿主、镰形扇头蜱。宝内饲养观察结果表明,雌蜱产卵期为12——18天,一生产卵1106—5067粒,卵椭圆形,大小为0.446×0.311毫米。孵化期为35—45天。刚孵出的幼蜱经6—11天开始摄食,吸血时间为2—5天。幼蜱落地后经8—13天蜕变为若蜱,4—12天后开始摄食,吸血时间为3—7天,约经15天的休止期,蜕变为成蜱。成蜱经过较长的越冬阶段,于次年春夏之交开始活动,爬上牛体吸血。

摘  要:
From 1984 to 1985, the authors studied the life history of the tick Rh. haemaphysaloides haemaphysaloides in the laboratory.The results of the experiment showed that the time required for the tick to complete its life history (from egg to adult) is 93158 days. During this period the various stages of its life cycle proceeded as follows, the preoviposition period underwent 6 24 days, averaging 18 days; the oviposition period underwent 12 18 days, averging 14.7 days; the incubation period of the egg lasted 35 45 days, averaging 36.4 days; the inactive period of larvae lasted 6 11 days; the larvae engorged on the host ( rabbit or mouse ) underwent 2-5 clays, averaging 2.8days; the replete larvae transformed into nymphs within 8 13 days after dropping off from the host, averaging 9.5 days; after undergoing the inactive period 4-12 days, the nymphs engorged on the host 37 days; the moulting of the fully fed nymph took 11-23 days after dropping off from the host.averaging 14.9days. The results of observations also showed that Rh, haemaphysaloides haemaphysaloides reproduces only one generation in a year and it is a three host tick.
