摘  要:
对小麦体细胞无性系变异在小麦株高、熟性、产量、育性、品质、抗性等育种方面的应用及应用中存在的愈伤组织再生能力下降、变异类型复杂、表型变异能否稳定遗传、遗传分析相对缺乏等问题作了全面的综述,并对其在小麦育种中应用的前景作了展望。

摘  要:
The paper summaried the applications of somaclonal variation in height, maturity, yield, (sterility), qualities and resistances in wheat breeding. The existed problems of somaclonal variation in wheat breeding were discussed, including the decline of callus regeneration ability, the complicated variable type of regeneration plant, hereditary stability of phenotype and the relative lack of hereditarily analytic (methods), etc. At the same time, the perspectives of somaclonal variation in wheat breeding were (highlighted).
