壳低聚糖纳米粒子对大肠杆菌的抑制作用

摘  要:
[目的]研究壳低聚糖纳米粒子对大肠杆菌的抑制作用。[方法]利用离子交联法制备壳低聚糖纳米粒子,并通过比浊法和平板涂布法检测其对大肠杆菌的抑制效果。[结果]制备的壳低聚糖纳米粒子粒径约60nm,在试验浓度范围内对大肠杆菌均有一定的抑制作用,抑菌率均明显高于同浓度壳低聚糖,最大抑菌率达87.0%。[结论]对壳低聚糖进行纳米化改性,可以显著增强其对大肠杆菌的抑制效果。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to study the antibacterial effects of low-molecular-chitosan nanoparticles on E.coli.[Method] The antibacterial effects of low-molecular-chitosan nanoparticles prepared by ionic cross-linking method on E.coli were studied by turbidimetry and spread plate method.[Result] The results indicated that the diameter of the low-molecular-chitosan nanoparticles was about 60 nm and had strong antibacterial effects against E.coli.Moreover,the antibacterial rates were higher than that of low-molecular-chitosan under the same concentrations,and the maximal antibacterial rate was 87.0%.[Conclusion]The nano modification can markedly enhance the antibacterial effects of low-molecular-chitosan.
