菜粕替代鱼粉对虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)生长、体组成和血液学指标的影响

摘  要:
研究旨在探讨菜粕替代鱼粉对虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)生长、体组成和血液学指标的影响。以初始体重(9.80±0.04)g的虹鳟为试验对象,用菜粕替代饲料中0(RSR0,对照组)、10%(RSR10)、20%(RSR20)、30%(RSR30)、50%(RSR50)和70%(RSR70)的鱼粉蛋白,配制成6种等氮、等能的饲料,进行为期90 d的养殖试验。结果显示,随着菜粕替代比例的增加,虹鳟的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率及饲料系数在对照组与RSR10~RSR30组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);RSR50和RSR70组的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。全鱼的粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分各组间无显著差异(P>0.05);RSR70组虹鳟肌肉的粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随着菜粕替代比例的增加,血清中总蛋白质、甘油三酯的含量,谷丙转氨酶以及谷草转氨酶的活性在RSR0~RSR30组间无显著差异(P>0.05),RSR50和RSR70组的甘油三酯的含量及谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,在本试验条件下,菜粕可替代饲料中30%的鱼粉,不会对虹鳟的生长、饲料利用、体组成及血液学指标产生显著影响。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of replacing fish meal with rapeseed meal on growth, body composition and serum biochemical parameter of rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss). Rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)(9.80 ± 0.04) g were fed with six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets which contained six levels of rapeseed meal to replace fish meal protein 0(RSR0,control group), 10%(RSR10), 20%(RSR20), 30%(RSR30), 50%(RSR50) and 70%(RSR70) for 90 d, to investigate the effects of rapeseed meal on growth performance, body composition and serum biochemical parameter. The result showed that, compared with control group, it had no significant difference of weight gain ratio(WGR), specific growth ratio(SGR), protein efficiency ratio(PER) and feed conversion ratio(FCR) in the RSR10~RSR30(P>0.05), but the WGR, SGR and PER were significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05). The contents of crude protein and crude ash of whole body had no significant differences in six groups(P>0.05), but the crude protein of muscle of RSR50 and RSR70 group was significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05). The glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT), glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT) and serum triglyceride content were significant higher than the control group(P<0.05). Inconclusion, 30% of fish meal could be replacedby rapeseed meal in diets without having a significant negative effect on growth.
