氨基葡萄糖对高产蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响

摘  要:
为探讨氨基葡萄糖(Glu N)对产蛋高峰期蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响规律,挑选180 d产蛋高峰期海兰灰蛋鸡400只,随机分为4个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。各组试验鸡分别采食添加0%、0.2%、0.4%和0.6%氨基葡萄糖饲粮,预试10 d,正试期5个月。试验结果:Glu N能提高蛋鸡产蛋率和促进鸡的采食,与0%组相比,0.4%组产蛋率提高3.16%(P<0.05),增加采食量(P<0.05)。Glu N水平对蛋重、料蛋比、畸形蛋率无显著影响(P>0.05)。产蛋时间和Glu N间无交互作用(P>0.05),产蛋率随时间延长而降低,蛋重则随之增加,畸形蛋率随之降低,但采食量和料蛋比无显著变化。试验表明,饲粮中Glu N的适宜添加水平为0.4%。

摘  要:
A single factor design experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of Glu N on laying performance for the caged laying hens. A total of 400 Hy- line gray were randomly divided to 4 experimental groups with 5 replicates of 20 layers each group and were fed with diets supplemented with 0%,0. 2%,0.4%,0. 6%. There were 10 days for pre- test,and trial lasted 5 months. The results showed that: the laying rate of 0. 4% Glu N group was more significantly higher than the 0. 0% GluN group. There were no significant effects of GluN on egg weight,feed- egg ratio and abnormal egg rate. There was no significant interaction between egg time and GluN level. Laying rate declined slightly,egg weight promoted,and abnormal egg rate declined with month. But,there were no difference of feed intake and feed- egg ratio among month. The results suggested that 0. 4% Glu N was optimal to improve laying performance.
