摘  要：
推进国企党建是落实全面从严治党的必然要求,是坚持党要管党、从严治企的根本举措。当前,国企党建面临着党组织主体责任缺失、基础工作薄弱、党员理想信念弱化、党建工作与生产经营"脱轨"等突出问题。有效破解当前国企党建的困境,关键是夯实党建主体责任、严肃党内政治生活、推进反腐倡廉教育和加强思想政治建设。

摘  要：
To promote the party building of state-owned enterprises is the necessary requirement for the implementation of the party's comprehensive and strict management,and the fundamental measure to adhere to the party's management of the party and the strict governance of the enterprise. At present,the party construction of state-owned enterprises is confronted with prominent problems,such as lack of party organization's main responsibility,weak basic work,weakening of party members' ideal and faith,and the " derailment" of party construction and production and operation. To effectively solve the dilemma of the party construction of state-owned enterprises,the key measures is to consolidating the party's responsibility for building the party,to making political life in the party serious,to promoting the anti-corruption campaign,and to strengthening the ideological and political construction.
