专性微生物在不同复混造粒工艺和存放期内的存活率变化

摘  要:
结果表明,有机无机生物活性肥料采用圆盘工艺复混造粒时,不同的生产工艺对专性微生物存活率的影响很大。就常规微生物菌种而言,如果要达到成品肥料中每g 0.1~0.2亿个专性微生物活菌数的技术指标,不宜采用微生物与有机无机物料混合造粒后烘干的工艺流程,应单独包裹造粒或改用无烘干生产工艺和掺混生产工艺。肥料贮存过程中细菌存活情况测试结果表明,具有芽孢的菌种制成的干菌粉加入有机无机基础肥料后,1~13个月菌株平均成活率仍达到85%以上,可基本满足复合工艺条件和农业生产需要。

摘  要:
The results of this study showed that the ways of pan granulation had a significant effect on specific microbial livability in bio-activated organic and inorganic complex fertilizer(BIOICF).It was difficulty to reach 1.0-2.0 ×10~7 microbial cfu/g when the fertilizer was produced using the conventional microbe by coating granulation or non-oven-dried processing and blending processes.Therefore,the techniques that microbe were blended with raw materials before granulation could not be adopted,but were followed by oven-dry process.Microbial additives as microbial powder made from microbes with spores should be added to BIOICF,which could result in 85% of specific microbial livability during 1-13 month storage and meet the need of agricultural production.
