宏基因组技术及其应用研究进展

摘  要:
传统培养方法从环境中只能获得1%左右的微生物,而宏基因组技术作为一种不依赖于培养的新理念和新方法,可以克服上述瓶颈,使从探究环境中获得大量未能培养的微生物成为现实。宏基因组技术于10年前诞生,至今已取得了令人瞩目的进展。对宏基因组学的概念、方法和应用等方面进行了综述,以期为同类研究提供参考。

摘  要:
It is known that less than 1% of microorganisms could be obtained by traditional culture approaches.As a new cultural-independent idea and method,metagenomics attempts to overcome this bottleneck,a lot of un-culturable microorganisms could be obtained from the environment.Significant progresses have been achieved since the metagenome technology been introduced ten years ago.This paper reviewed the concept,methodologies,and applications,etc.of metagenomics.
