社会信任、关系网络与合作社社员资金互助行为——基于一个典型案例研究

摘  要：
基于结构洞、强弱关系等理论,剖析了农民专业合作社社员的社会信任与关系网络对资金互助行为的影响,探索合作社内部资金互助的运行机理和绩效,提出两个理论命题:(1)社员社会信任是农民专业合作社内部开展资金互助的前提条件与基础,能降低信息不对称,规避风险,促进资金互助业务有序开展;(2)核心社员占据农民专业合作社关系网络中的结构洞,作为联结中介为普通社员搭桥,强化资金互助内部治理、扩大影响,促进资金互助业务绩效的提升。对湖南省沅陵县王家岭蛋鸡养殖专业合作社内部资金互助业务的典型案例分析验证了以上两个理论命题。并尝试从社员社会信任和关系网络两个方面提出农民专业合作社内资金互助业务健康发展的对策建议。

摘  要：
Based on Structure Holes and Strong-Weak Ties theory,this paper analyzes the roles which Social Trust and Ties Networks of members play in the mutual funds of professional cooperatives,and discusses the operating mechanism of mutual funds in cooperatives,then two theoretical propositions are proposed: 1. Social trust of members is a prerequisite and foundation for participating in mutual funds,reducing information asymmetry,avoiding risks and promoting orderly development of mutual funds in cooperatives; 2. The core members play positive roles in the mutual funds by occupying the structural holes and connecting the members in the network of the cooperatives,strengthening the internal governance of mutual funds and expanding the influence to promote mutual funds performance improvement.. The two propositions are verified by analyzing a typical case of mutual funds in W professional cooperative of Yuanling in Hunan province. Finally,several counter measures are put forward to promote mutual funds in cooperatives developing healthily.
