葡萄糖酸对肉鸡生产性能及养分表观消化率的影响

摘  要:
选取1日龄罗斯308肉仔鸡540只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只。处理Ⅰ为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,处理Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ在基础日粮中分别添加0.08%、0.15%、0.20%、0.30%和0.40%葡萄糖酸(GA)。研究葡萄糖酸对肉鸡生产性能及营养物质表观消化率的影响,探讨葡萄糖酸在肉鸡日粮中应用的可行性。结果表明:①与对照组相比,0.15%和0.20%添加组显著提高0~21日龄、22~42日龄鸡的日增重(P<0.05);0.20%添加组降低0~21日龄料重比2.67%(P<0.05),0.15%添加组降低22~42日龄料重比1.72%(P<0.05),0.15%和0.20%添加组分别降低试验0~42日龄料重比1.89%和1.61%,达到显著水平(P<0.05);GA对肉鸡日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。②21日龄时,0.15%~0.30%添加组显著提高粗蛋白和钙的表观消化率(P<0.05),0.15%和0.20%添加组显著提高磷的表观消化率(P<0.05);42日龄时,0.15%、0.20%和0.40%添加组均显著提高粗蛋白和磷的表观消化率(P<0.05),0.15%~0.30%添加组显著提高钙的表观消化率(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
Five hundred and forty one-day-age Rose 308 broiler chickens were randomly assigned into 6 groups,6 replications each group,15 chickens each replication.The control group Ⅰ was provided basal diet,treatments Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ were basal diet added 0.08%,0.15%,0.20%,0.30% and 0.40% gluconic acid(GA) to study the effects of GA on growth performance and apparent digestibility of nutrient substance and to investigate the feasibility of GA on broiler chickens.The results indicated that:①the addition of 0.15% and 0.20% GA significantly increased day weight gain in 0 to 21,22 to 42 and 0 to 42 days age(P<0.05);addition of 0.20% GA significantly decreased F/G by 2.67% in 0 to 21 days age(P<0.05),addition of 0.15% GA significantly decreased F/G by 1.72%(P<0.05)in 22 to 42 days age,addition of 0.15% and 0.20% GA significantly decreased F/G by 1.89% and 1.61% in 0 to 42 days age(P<0.05),respectively;GA had no significant differences in feed intake(P >0.05).② In 21 days age,the addition of 0.15% to 0.30% GA significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein and calcium(P<0.05),addition of 0.15% and 0.30% GA significantly increased the apparent digestibility of phosphor(P <0.05);In 42 days age,addition of 0.15% ,0.20% and 0.40 GA significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein and phosphor(P<0.05),0.15% to 0.30% GA significantly increased the apparent utilization rate of calcium(P<0.05).
