三江平原水资源可持续利用优化配置研究

摘  要:
水资源的优化配置是实现可持续发展的有效措施之一。在定性地分析了目前三江平原出现吊泵、局部超采等水资源短缺问题的基础上,利用水资源系统的多目标性,建立了多目标水资源配置数学模型,并引入具备内在并行机制及全局搜索能力的并列选择遗传算法求解。以获得生活、生产和生态综合效益最大为目标,将各个子目标折算为一个统一量———经济效益作为基准点。结果表明,该模型和算法的结合达到了水资源优化的目的。

摘  要:
The optimal allocation of water resource is key to the sustainable development.By the qualitative analysis of the water shortages in Sanjiang plain due to hanging pump and local over-exploitation,a multiobjective water resource allocation model was set up based on the properties of water resource system with diverse targets.At the same time,paralleling choice GA with intrinsic parallelism and the ability of global search has been introduced to obtain a solution.Meanwhile,in order to realize the maximization of the comprehensive benefit in life,production and ecology,each calculation is converted into a unified economic benefit as a benchmark.The result showed that the combination of the model and the algorithm has optimized water resource use.
