洛克沙砷对养猪场周围环境的污染

摘要：

选择2个有代表性的长期使用洛克沙砷的养猪场,测定其周围土壤及蚯蚓中的砷含量和蚯蚓体内几种酶的活性,并与实验室模拟试验进行了比较。结果表明,长期使用洛克沙砷的养猪场周围的土壤及用饲喂过洛克沙砷的猪粪作肥料的土壤都存在砷污染。生活在其中的蚯蚓会造成砷的富集及酶活性的改变。蚯蚓可以作为检测土壤洛克沙砷的指示生物,同时证实模拟试验的结果对真实环境具有重要的参考价值。

摘要：

Two representative pig farms in which roxarsone has been used were chosen to determine the total arsenic content in the earthworms and the soil around the piggery and measure the activity of several enzymes in the earthworms.The results showed that there was arsenic pollution in soil around the piggery in which roxarsone has been used for a long period.And there was accumulation of arsenic and change of enzymatic activity in earthworms living wherein.The earthworms could be a bioindicator of arsenic in soil.The present simulated experiment is of important value for the real environment.
