马尾松根际溶磷菌的筛选及鉴定

摘  要:
为了提高广西马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)对土壤磷素的利用率,利用难溶性无机盐培养基从广西马尾松根际土壤分离得到1株溶磷菌株。通过菌株液体培养基中有效磷的含量确定其溶磷能力,结合菌落形态特征和16srDNA序列确定该菌株的系统发育地位。菌株DP07初步鉴定为Burkholderia phenazinium。

摘  要:
In order to improve the phosphorus utilization efficiency of Pinus massonianain Guangxi,one phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria was isolated from rhizosphere soil of Pinus massoniana.Phosphorus-solubilizing ability was identified by the determination of available phosphorus content in medium.Phylogenetic level of the bacteria strain DP07 was determined by the morphological characteristics and 16 SrDNA sequences.Preliminary identification showed that bacteria strain DP07 belongs to Burkholderia phenazinium.
