稻米籽粒内部湿度场的有限元分析

摘  要:
稻米在加工与贮存时,常温下稻米的湿应力开裂是引起稻米品质降低的重要原因之一,由于稻米吸湿现象,极易导致内部湿度场的分布不均匀,是引起湿应力场的根本原因。为此,对常温下湿应力裂纹进行了理论分析与试验研究;利用动态图像分析等方法,在已知稻米籽粒内部湿度场的各种物理参数基础上,建立了稻米籽粒内部水分传递基本方程,以及对稻米的离散单元建立单元水分传递方程和单元水分传递矩阵。同时,以椭球体为稻米实体模型,进行湿度场有限元分析,最终通过湿度场分析获得籽粒水分梯度分布。其中,分析得到的水分梯度最大位置,与试验中稻米裂纹动态采集观察的结果一致,为稻米贮存的安全环境湿度控制提供了参考。

摘  要:
When rice is processing and storage,the wet stress dehiscence of rice at the normal temperature is one of important reasons which caused the paddy rice quality reduces,as the rice moisture absorption phenomenon,easily lead to uneven distribution of internal humidity field is caused by moisture stress field of the root causes of wet paper on the room temperature stress crack do the theoretical analysis and experimental research;the use of dynamic image analysis method,has been know the humidity field of rice grains of various physical parameters,based on the establishment of rice grain moisture transfer within the basic equations,and discrete element of the rice water transfer equation and the establishment of cell transfer matrix element of water.And to ellipsoid solid model for the rice,finite element analysis of the humidity.Obtained by field analysis of the final grain moisture and humidity gradient,which the analysis results of water gradient maximum position,and test the dynamic collection of rice cracks observed were consistent,secure environment for the rice storage and humidity control to provide a reference.
