氟啶胺在马铃薯和土壤中的残留及安全使用评价

摘  要:
为了评价50%氟啶胺水分散粒剂在马铃薯上的安全使用,本研究采用田间试验及高效液相分析方法在山东、安徽省开展了50%氟啶胺水分散粒剂在马铃薯和土壤中消解动态及最终残留量试验。试验结果表明,50%氟啶胺水分散粒剂在马铃薯植株和土壤中的消解动态均符合一级降解动力学方程,在马铃薯植株中的半衰期为3.4~5.8 d;在土壤中的半衰期为6.5~11.6 d。50%氟啶胺水分散粒剂在马铃薯块茎中最终残留量均未检出(<0.05 mg/kg);土壤中氟啶胺残留量为0.124~0.431mg/kg。因此推荐50%氟啶胺水分散粒剂用于防治马铃薯晚疫病时,以最高用药量为250 g a.i./hm2用于马铃薯晚疫病发生初期,喷药3次,安全间隔期为14 d。

摘  要:
To evaluate the safety of fluazinam in potato, the digestion dynamics and final residues in potato and soil were carried out in Shandong and Anhui province by HPLC method. The results showed that the degradation of fluazinam in potato plant and soil could be described by first-order degradation kinetics equation, the half-lives of fluazinam in potato plant were 3.4-5.8 d, and the half-lives in soils were 6.5-11.6 d. None of the final residues in potato tuber were detected(<0.05 mg/kg). The final residue of fluazinam in soils were 0.124-0.431 mg/kg. It is recommended that application of 50%fluazinam water dispersible granule to control early stage of potato late blight was three times at the highest dose of 250 g a.i./hm~2 with a safe interval of 14 d.
