为实现氟啶胺合成全流程的清洁化和安全,针对氟啶胺合成过程中的氯化、氟化、氨化、合成等环节及其相关中间体的清洁、安全生产技术和资源回收利用技术进行了研究并取得突破性结果,显著提升了氟啶胺生产的本质安全,形成了具有自主知识产权的氟啶胺生产核心技术成果。

摘  要:
Breakthroughs have been made for the chlorination, fluorination, ammoniation, synthesis and other links in the synthesis process of fluazinam, as well as the clean, safe production technology and resource recycling technology of related intermediates. Ultimately, the industrialization of core technological achievements with independent intellectual property rights are realized. In addition, the whole process of fluazinam synthesis gets cleansed and the intrinsic safety significantly improved.
