同源四倍体库拉索芦荟的离体培养

摘  要：
采用不定芽组织培养技术 ,对完全四倍体植株进行快繁的同时 ,对嵌合体中与四倍体在形态上一致的芽进行纯化和稳定。试验表明 :芽的分化、增殖的优化培养基为MS +6 BA 1mg/L ,诱导增殖根的优化培养基为MS +2mg/LIBA +0 .3mg/LNAA +0 .3%活性炭。

摘  要：
We used adventitious buds as explants for tissue culture to rapidly propagate tetraploid,and to purify and stabilize the buds of chimera.The results showed that the optimal culture media are:MS+6-BA 1mg/L for differentiation of adventitious buds and successive transfer culture,and MS+IBA 2mg/L+NAA 0.3mg/L+AC 0.3% for successfully propagation and differentiation of roots.
