摘  要:
从茎尖脱毒法、高温脱毒及病毒抑制剂处理等方面介绍了植物组织培养脱毒常用的方法,阐述了无病毒植株的检测方法,并对植物组织培养脱毒技术的研究方向进行了展望。

摘  要:
The common virus-free technology in plant tissue culture were introduced from the virus elimination of shoot tips,high temperature virus elimination and virus inhibitor treatment,and then the methods to detect the virus-free plants were expounded,finally the research orientation of the virus-free technology in plant tissue culture was forecasted.
