摘  要:
【目的】分析环剥和脱落酸(ABA)处理对‘夏黑’果实品质、着色的效果以及对花青苷合成相关重要基因的表达。【方法】在‘夏黑’葡萄着色初期,对主枝进行环剥以及用ABA溶液浸果和喷叶处理。【结果】环剥和ABA处理均可以显著提高果实中可溶性固形物的含量,降低可滴定酸含量,增加果皮花青苷含量,并且明显改善果实着色程度,使果皮颜色加深。其中,环剥对品质的提高最显著,ABA浸果最有利于果皮着色;环剥和ABA处理后果面光泽明亮度L值和颜色组分b值,以及颜色指数h值均下降。300 mg·L-1和500 mg·L-1ABA浸果对果实品质和果皮颜色差异影响不大;500 mg·L-1ABA喷叶对果实品质和果皮颜色指标影响大于300 mg·L-1ABA。ABA浸果处理还明显促进了UFGT、MYBA1和MYBA2的表达,MYBA1和MYBA2于ABA浸果处理后的第2周表达水平明显上调,相对表达量达到最高值。UFGT的表达水平与花青苷的积累趋势具有一致性,各处理均使UFGT的相对表达高峰提前出现,特别是ABA浸果处理后,第2周前后即出现表达最高峰。【结论】环剥和ABA处理均提高了‘夏黑’葡萄果实品质及果皮颜色。

摘  要:
【Objective】The study was to investigate the effects of girdling and ABA treatment on fruit quality, coloring and the expression of anthocyanin synthesis related genes of ‘Summer Black' grape. 【Method】Girdling the main vine, fruit dip and foliar spray with ABA solution in the early period of summer black grape coloring were involved in the experiment. 【Result】Girdling and ABA treatment significantly increased fruit soluble solids content, decreased the titratable acid content, and increased anthocyanin as well. The improvement of fruit coloring was obvious. The effect of girdling on fruit quality was the most significant and the effect of dipping fruit with ABA on peel coloring was the best. After girdling and ABA treatment, pericarp color indicators such as L value(the fruit surface light brightness), b value(color component) and the value of h(fruit color index) dropped. No obvious difference in fruit quality and peel color was observed between the treatments of 300 mg·L-1and 500 mg·L-1ABA dipping fruit. Foliar spray with 500 mg·L-1ABA had greater effect on fruit quality and peel color indicators than with 300 mg·L-1ABA.Dipping fruit with ABA significantly promoted the expression of UFGT,MYBA1 and MYBA2, and the expression levels of MYBA1 and MYBA2 significantly increased and the relative expression level reached the highest in two weeks after treatment. The expression levels of UFGT had consistency with the accumulation trend of anthocyanin, the relative expression peak of UFGT appeared earlier after treatment, especifically in ABA fruit dipping treatment, and the highest peak of expression was in about two weeks after treatment.【Conclusion】Girdling and ABA treatment can improve the fruit quality and peel color of summer black grapes.
