甲氧苄啶与中药复方联用抗菌增效作用的研究

摘  要:
探索甲氧苄啶对中药复方体外抗菌增效的最优添加剂量。根据传统中兽医理论,自拟中药复方由黄芩、板蓝根、蒲公英和连翘按1∶1∶2∶1比例组成。采用平板计数的方法,测定了甲氧苄啶与中药复方联用作用于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌1、2、4和8 h后的细菌数,计算杀菌率,并用最小二乘法对杀菌率进行拟合,得出甲氧苄啶的最优添加剂量。结果表明,甲氧苄啶对中药复方体外抗金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌最优添加剂量分别为2.9、1.6和1.6 mg·g-1。因此甲氧苄啶对由黄芩、板蓝根、蒲公英和连翘组成的中药复方具有显著的抗菌增效作用。

摘  要:
The aim of the study was to investigate the optimal dose of antibacteria synergitic effect of trimethoprim combined with Chinese herbal compound in vitro.Based on traditional Chinese veterinary medicine theory,Chinese herbal compound was composed by the proportion of 1 to 1 to 2 to 1 with Radix Scutellariae,Radix Isatidis,Herba Taraxaci and Fructus Forsythiae.The numbers of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia Coli and Salmonella were enumerated by plate count methods,which had been inhabited by Chinese herbal compound combined with trimethoprim for 1,2,4 and 8 h.Then the bactericidal rate of Chinese herbal compound combined with trimethoprim were calculated.The experimental data were fitted by the least square method,and the optimal dose of trimethoprim was determined.The results showed that the optimal dose of trimethoprim against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia Coli and Salmonella in vitro,were 2.9,1.6 and 1.6 mg.g-1,respectively.Therefore,antibacteria synergitic effect of trimethoprim combined with Chinese herbal compound were significantly in vitro,which were composed by Radix Scutellariae,Radix Isatidis,Herba Taraxaci and Fructus Forsythiae.
