链霉菌S-10菌株发酵条件的研究

摘  要:
对S - 10菌株的液体发酵条件进行了研究 ,其产抗培养基配方为 3%葡萄糖 ,3 %玉米面 ,0 4%(NH4 ) 2 SO4 ,3 %黄豆饼粉 ,0 0 4%MgSO4 和 0 4%酵母膏。S - 10菌株在 30℃条件下采用 7 5 %~ 10 %接种量 ,发酵初始 pH值为 7 4~ 7 6 ,在一定通气量下 ,经过 12 0h振荡培养 (2 0 0r/min) ,发酵 ,其抑菌圈半径可达1 15cm。

摘  要:
The fermenting conditions of S-10 strain of streptomyces was studied The results showed that the fermenting medium which could produce antibiotics contained the following: 3% glucose, 3% corn powder, 0 4% (NH 4) 2SO 4, 3% soybean cake powder, 0 04% MgSO 4 and 0 4% yeast extract Adopting 7 5%~10% inoculating amount, at the temperature of 30℃,the primary pH value of fermenting liquid 7 4~7 6, the radius of inhibition is 1 15*!cm at 200*!r/min after 120*!h fermentation of S-10 strain
